WP Vessel provides website design, development, WordPress maintenance, hosting, and ongoing support plans (“Services”) to individuals and businesses.

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Technical support and troubleshooting
  • Monthly reporting and analytics
  • Ongoing communication and project collaboration

Each service or plan may be subject to additional terms outlined in project proposals, contracts, or subscription agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion.
  • Supply required content, branding, and assets in a timely manner.
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly.
  • Maintain appropriate backups of their data and content (unless covered by a WP Vessel hosting or maintenance plan).

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

3. Payments and Billing

  • All service fees and plan payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms or invoices.
  • Recurring plans (hosting, maintenance, or support) are billed monthly or annually as specified.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • We reserve the right to revise pricing for future billing cycles with advance notice.
  • All prices are listed in [insert currency, e.g., USD] unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. WP Vessel does not store full payment card details.

4. Hosting and Maintenance Plans

When you subscribe to a hosting or maintenance plan:

  • WP Vessel manages website hosting, backups, updates, and security according to the plan level.
  • Clients remain responsible for any third-party services or licenses (e.g., domain renewals, premium plugins, or themes).
  • If hosting is terminated or not renewed, WP Vessel may suspend or remove hosted files after a reasonable notice period.

We make every effort to maintain reliable uptime and performance, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party outages, force majeure events, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

a. Client Content
Clients retain ownership of all text, images, logos, and materials they provide. By supplying these materials, clients grant WP Vessel a non-exclusive, limited license to use them for the purpose of delivering services.

b. WP Vessel Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the completed website design and front-end code unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WP Vessel retains ownership of proprietary code, frameworks, templates, and tools developed internally or used in delivering the service. These remain under license to the client for site operation.

c. Portfolio Display
WP Vessel reserves the right to display completed projects, screenshots, or client logos in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Communication and Support

Communication with clients is offered according to their selected plan level. This may include email, scheduled calls, or project dashboard updates.

Support requests outside the included scope or time may incur additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged during the course of a project.

This includes business data, credentials, and strategic materials. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Warranties and Limitations

  • WP Vessel provides services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue increases.
  • While we strive for high-quality work and uptime, we cannot warrant that all software, plugins, or hosting environments will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • WP Vessel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service or plan by providing written notice.
Upon termination:

  • All outstanding balances must be paid in full.
  • Access to hosting, maintenance, or communication portals will be revoked.
  • Clients may request a backup of their site files or database before cancellation.

WP Vessel reserves the right to terminate any agreement or service immediately for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and services may include links or integrations with third-party tools, such as hosting providers, analytics services, or plugin developers.

We are not responsible for the content, reliability, or security of these external services. Please review their terms and policies separately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

The most current version will always be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
